S. Arshan Arshad, DO

Dr. Arshad is an orthopedic surgeon with advanced fellowship training in shoulder and elbow surgery. After earning his undergraduate degree in Biomedical Engineering from the University of Houston, he obtained his medical degree from the Texas College of Osteopathic Medicine in Fort Worth, TX.

He completed his orthopedic residency at Wellspan York Hospital in York, PA, followed by a specialized fellowship in shoulder and elbow surgery at California Pacific Orthopedics in San Francisco, CA, where he trained under renowned experts in the field.

With a focus on both surgical and non-surgical management of shoulder and elbow conditions, Dr. Arshad treats a broad spectrum of issues including rotator cuff tears, shoulder instability, arthritis, and complex fractures.
