In 2025 MultiCare Orthopedics Northwest, Orthopedics Northwest PLLC, and Pacific Northwest University of Health Sciences partnered to provide free sports physicals to help local youth athletes be cleared for their sports seasons regardless of financial barriers.   • Medical History Review
  • Physical Exam
  • Musculoskeletal Review
  • General Health Check

For student-athletes under the age of 18, a parent or guardian must accompany them. Sport physical forms are provided at the event.
